Notes of marshmallow and honeysuckle blossoms round out the nose and crisp fruit flavors; racy acidity and a lush backbone make this a great food wine. Pair with asparagus gratin, grilled white seabass with mango salsa or an artisan cheese plate with dried fruit and nuts.
