About This Wine:
This off dry Riesling shows the traditional stone fruit aromas of pear and peach with hints of apricot. The crispness of the wine on the palate brings out Bosc pear character balanced by violets and rose petals. The crisp mineral character on the finish leaves the palate as refreshed as a spring day after the rain.

Winemaker Notes:
As many know, Riesling is a Noble variety originating from Germany's Rhine and Mosel regions. This varietal is typically grown in cooler climates like Santa Lucia Highlands of the California Central Coast where it is able to have a mild but long ripening period. Its tendency to have a later than normal bud break makes it ideal for cold climates that may frost conditions into the late spring.
