2015 Eos Tears of Dew Moscato, Paso Robles (375ml)
2015 was another dry year in Paso Robles. An extremely mild winter led to an early bud break. There were very few frost days as our warm and mild weather defined the rest of the growing season. The fruit was harvested during September through October which was a couple weeks ahead of schedule; however, quality was high across the board.
Our Tears of Dew is unabashedly indulgent. Aromas of apricot, honey and ripe peach lead into rich flavors of orange marmalade and candied ginger. A refreshing acidity gives way to white tea flavors on the finish.

The textural qualities of this wine highlight the multilayered almond cake; and, the wine’s bracing acidity balances the lemon and raspberry coulis.
